You’ll receive a personalized InBody Scan to understand your baseline and a mobility assessment, so we can recommend a program that’s safe, effective, and tailored for you.
The InBody Scan is a quick, non-invasive assessment that measures body composition—like muscle mass, body fat, and water balance. It gives you a clearer picture of your health than a scale ever could. It also helps us design a plan that truly works for your body.
